Quality and Technology

Quality Approach

Our focus is on coating uniformity, clear image transfer in NCR paper, and print stability in thermal rolls. Quality control is conducted at three levels: raw materials, during production, and before shipment.

Production Process

1) Sourcing base paper specifically for carbonless and thermal grades

2) Coating with controlled thickness and uniformity

3) Drying and stabilization

4) Cutting and packaging

5) Final testing and shipment traceability

NCR Paper Technology – A Simple Scientific Explanation

The back layer of CB sheets contains microcapsules filled with dye; the front layer of CF sheets contains a receptive coating. When pressure is applied—by a pen or print head—the microcapsules burst, releasing dye only at the points of contact. This results in a clean and precise duplicate copy.

Thermal Paper Technology – Simple Scientific Explanation

Thermal paper is a special type of paper that prints text or images using heat, without the need for ink or ribbon. It is coated with a heat-sensitive chemical layer that turns black when exposed to the thermal print head, displaying the desired information.
